Meet Andrea.
Andrea McMillian is the founder and creative director of CTRL Room — a corporate dance company built on the belief that movement is a tool for transformation. With over 8 years of training and performance experience, Andrea brings technical mastery and infectious energy to every stage, studio, and classroom.
Trained in all major dance styles — hip hop, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, modern, and commercial — Andrea's versatility sets her apart. As the lead dancer and choreographer for The Razzle Dazzle Dancers residency, she directed full-scale productions over 8 months, proving her ability to lead, inspire, and deliver at the highest level.
Started formal dance training, pursuing Performing Arts in college with a focus on dance — mastering styles across hip hop, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, and more.
Trained extensively across all major dance disciplines — hip hop, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, modern, and commercial — building a versatile, performance-ready foundation.
Served as lead dancer and choreographer for an 8-month dance residency with The Razzle Dazzle Dancers — directing full productions and shaping the artistic vision of every performance.
Currently teaching all ages — male and female — from absolute basics to audition-ready performances. Every student leaves with confidence, technique, and stage presence.
